Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Any items returned must be in the original packaging and must not have been used and be in as new condition. Any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any products returned that are not in the original condition sent and are not able to be resold, will not be refunded.
Before we dispatch an order, our products are put through quality checks and are carefully packaged. If items are damaged in transit, please inform us within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Please email a photo of the damaged goods with a reference to your order number.
A refund or exchange can be requested if the product you have purchased is faulty, has been damaged during transit, has been misrepresented in some way or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do.
We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind, we can offer a credit for the purchase amount excluding the shipping fee.
