How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email with all item(s) ordered.

How do I track my order?
After your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking details so that you track where your item(s) are.

What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
If a product that you ordered and paid for is out of stock and unable to be delivered due to lack of supply a refund will be given.  If all items ordered are out of stock you will receive a full refund including the shipping fee.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you have made an error with your order, send us an email at contact@thestoragespace.com.au – in the subject heading of the email put “Order Error” and mark as urgent.  We will endeavour to change your order but we will not be able to change your order if it has already been packed and dispatched.

What do I do if my order is faulty/damaged?
If your item(s) are faulty or damaged please contact us at contact@thestoragespace.com.au and advise in the subject heading the status of the item(s) within 5 business days of order being delivered.  Any notification of a faulty/damaged product after this time may be rejected and will be dealt on a case by case basis.

What do I do if my order is incorrect?
If you have received an incorrect order, please email us at contact@thestoragespace.com.au and in the subject line put “Incorrect Order” and the details.  We will then organise the return of the incorrect order and dispatch your correct order.  In the event that the correct order cannot be dispatched a refund will be given.  If all items cannot be sent due to stock availability a full refund will be given including shipping.
